We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The peaceful setting made it the perfect escape, and we would definitely return. After recently losing my mother unexpectedly, our family brought my dad here to unwind and decompress; the trip was amazing for the soul and very thankful. I didn’t have to speak with anyone. Everything was done via email. That made the process easy. The website was easy to use. I like that we didn’t have to go to an office to check in.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. We visit Bryson City every summer and camp at Deep Creek, so we are familiar with the area. The cabin was perfectly tucked away in the woods. It was not hard to find. We also enjoyed meeting the neighbor dog, Tina. She was a sweetie. We will be making the Sleeping Dog Cabin an annual trip going forward. Thank you for sharing this wonderful cabin. The cabin was very cozy. Tucked away in the woods perfectly, but not hard to find. Just minutes from the grocery store.
